I'm Yossi. I started investing in real estate in my early 30s, while working a full corporate career. I didn't quit my job. I didn't become a full-time landlord. I just built a quiet financial cushion - and eventually, it became enough to live on.

Now I help a small number of young professionals do the same thing. I'm not an agent. I'm not a fund. I'm the trusted insider you wish you had when you were just getting started.

I take on 1–2 new clients at a time. Every client works directly with me.

I make money by helping you get it right, and by supporting you throughout.

That's why my entire approach is built around finding a property you can hold for decades: one that generates income, appreciates quietly, and eventually becomes something you pass on.

I have no incentive to rush you, flip you, or churn you. Quite the opposite.

  • Your property, fully yours - Your name on the deed. Your lease. Your equity. I'm there to guide - not to take a cut of what you build.

  • I only get paid by you - Flat fee. No agent commissions, no lender kickbacks. If a vendor offers me a referral fee, it goes back to your closing costs.

  • You talk to me, not a team - Every call, every decision, every question - you work directly with Yossi. No handoffs, no junior staff.


HOW I GET PAID - AND HOW I DON’T.

Real estate is full of hidden conflicts. Here's exactly how my model works, with nothing left out.

  • One flat fee, three installments - You pay at signing, at property purchase close, and at your first lease. No ongoing percentage, no surprises.

  • Kickbacks go back to you - If a realtor or lender offers me a referral fee, it's credited to your closing costs. You always know what's happening.

  • Your contracts, not mine - Your property manager, your lender, your lease. I negotiate the best terms on your behalf - but every agreement is between you and them.

  • I stay for as long as you need me - I stay with you through the first year of the lease, then we move to a light annual arrangement - potentially for years. I'm not here to close a deal and disappear.


WHAT WORKING TOGETHER ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE.

  1. Free intro call with Yossi - We meet, I learn about your situation, and we both decide if this is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.

  2. Strategy session - We explore the market together, discuss potential opportunities, and model out the long-term impact on your financial picture. You sign on only when you're fully convinced the approach is right for you. First installment at signing

  3. Find and close on your property - I connect you with my vetted network and support every decision from offer to close. You choose the home - I make sure you're not flying blind. Second installment at close

  4. First tenant, first lease - I help you select a property manager and get your first lease signed. Every decision is yours - I'm there to make sure you're confident in each one. Third installment at lease signing

  5. Year one, and beyond - I stay available through the first year and beyond, on a light annual arrangement for as long as you want the support. When you're ready to fly solo, I'll make sure the handoff is clean.
